Vestfjarðarstofa hefur nú hleypt af stokkunum nýju verkefni sem heitir „Matur og matarupplifun“, hvati verkefnisins er m.a. vaxandi áhugi fólks á að vita uppruna matvæla og að kynnast staðbundnum mat og matarvenjum. Food and food experiences
The Westfjords Development Centre (Vestfjarðastofa) works on several food-related projects, for example exploring the growing interest of people in knowing the origin of food and connecting better with local food practices and customs. We have designed a survey with straightforward questions that we hope you can spare time to answer. Jedzenie i doświadczenia kulinarne
Vestfjarðastofa pracuje nad projektem mającym na celu ustalenie czynników warunkujących na wzrastające zainteresowanie turystów pochodzeniem żywności, doświadczeniem regionalnych specjałów oraz zapoznaniem się ze zwyczajami żywieniowymi Islandczyków. Przygotowaliśmy ankietę do wypełnienia w trzech językach, islandzkim, angielskim i polskim. Zależy nam abyście poświęcili jej swoją uwagę i dali sobie czas na jej wypełnienie, które zajmuję około 5 minut.
